I managed to get into PS Store and I see only free PS+ on Welcome Back, no free games. What can I do?

Any help guys? Please, I wanna get my free games :( Now it says 80710D36 Error. I know thats overload error, but when I managed to get in, I only could buy PS+ 30-days... Any help?
