hi you need to talk to somebody whos close to you, sounds like your a bit down thats normal. you should start by stop comparing yourself to your sister, you are an individual. maybe you could start by taking walks, or try putting on some music, try to replace high fat and sugary foods with lower fat versions and chocy cerial bars. read some diet books for motivation. and most women and men have stretch marks, they will eventually fade, use some moisturiser or oil. try not to let it get you down.hope that helps you.
