How do I access a new server box?

I recently acquired a IBM m676 m1x server from a friend. I am really good with computers and the likes but have no idea how to access it. Is there anything else I should plug in other than ethernet and power? Buy most importantly how can I access and put client servers on it so I can host dedicated servers?
