Kinda dumb ps3 store questions?

so... this is reaaally dumb but since i cant Access the ps3 store for whatever reason... (must be overloading) and i never really went there because i never had any interest until i got promised free games, but i got 1 question... you can download many games from previews consoles and play on the ps3, but, can you play the psp games on the ps3? or the older ones on the psp?? or the down loadable ones on the psp??
