Is it mono or wth is it?

well iv been feeling great all week but today i sortof made out with my boyfriend 4 a few minutes, i had my friend over and we wer watching horror movies then started screaming alot then a few hours later my throat started 2 hurt so like im worried im sure it waz the yelling but this is just 2 double check
