I have an ingrown toenail and i got it out but now its infected?

its been infected for about 2 weeks and my parents say i might not have gotten the entire toenail out. Recently its been looking better but i banged my toe just a little on one of my sisters toys and my toes bled a little and the pain was so intense i had that weird feeling of pain thats like in your throught sortof you know what i mean. im wondering what i should do. and since its spring break im walking in flipflops alot so it stays clean and i soak my foot in hydrogen peroxide and epsom salt so is there anything im missing other than a doctor
