How to kiss more than peck for the first time..?

Well, I have this amazing boyyfriend. We hug alot but when we kiss its just kindof a quick, sortof awkward peck haha and.. well its almost the last day of school, and I won't be able to see him alot during the summer. so I want to kiss him, more than a peck for the last time I get to seem him for a while. Im NOT talking like heavy making out with lots of tounge, I just mean.. more lip action, you know, and alot longer than just a half seconnd. I like, HAVE to kiss him more on the last time I see him because, you know, I wont ever forgive myself haha. so I just need some advice on how to start it... like make the first move and stuff... and keep him from pulling away because hes just expecting a peck? thank you SO much!
