How do I set my name server properly?

I migrated my cpanel VPS to a cpanel dedicated server. And I'm not sure how to get it to resolve to the new server. All data is identical to each other. So that means I'm using the same name server names. ns1.domain.com and ns2.domain.com. Only that the IPs are different. The old vps is 216.44.444.44 and the dedicated is 69.55.555.55. The domain registrar NS records haven't been changed since my new server will have the same n1.domain.com and ns2.domain.com, but with a different IP. So how do i get my domain to resolve to my dedicated server?
