How can i get over losing my runescape account after playing for 7 years?

Ive been playing for 7 years, reached 137 Cb, overloads, turmoil, all that. Was a real nerd towards runescape, still had a life though(: But yeah recently got hacked, couldn't get it back and now they have like total control of the account now. They changed the email so i cant recover it. Ive been pretty good away from staying away from playing runescape. This isnt my first time losing a high leveled account, but this was my main. Sometimes i find myself logging back on runescape on a noob acc and thinking bout starting over, but i really wanna quit and get over runescape. Can anyone give me some good advice?
