What do I do when my boyfriend is always busy?

My boyfriend and I have been together for 2 and a half years. Most of it has been a long distance relationship (but he travels a lot so I got to see him pretty often, so it really didn;t seem like a long distance relationship). a few months ago he asked me to live with him over the summer (and later move in with him officially in jan. after I graduate from college). So here I am living with him. The problem is his work has him constantly busy from early morning to late at night so we don't get much time together. I knew it would be like this but it's a lot harder than I thought. I know if I asked him that he would cut back to spend time with me but I don;t want to do that to him; he loves what he does and he really needs to stay dedicated in order to continue on with his job the way he has. What should I do?
