Is it possible to come out of a second pregnancy looking better than you did before?

Well honestly 120 on a 5 ft 5 body is much healthier, but yes, it is possible to come out of it looking great. I gained 45 lbs with Haley. I was really surprised because I only wanted to gain like 20.
