Father sent BDay money to Mom's Paypal for me but somehow $50 of the $100 has just disappeared????

Ok so I am 14 and my Birthday was about 2 weeks ago! My mom tells me that my dad sent $50 bucks for my birthday and then my Dad call me later that day to tell me the he sent $100. Ok now I am pissed off!!! My mom has been known to screw my dad over several times, 10 overloaded Credit Cards and a $1635 dollar hotel bill!!! What should I do about the money???
