You should use soft bristled brush from the ends of the hair. Gently brush your hair 2 or 3 times a day. You have to buy hair extensions from a highly recommended salon and don't use shampoo and conditioner regularly because it will highly damage your hair extensions. Try buying 100% human hair extensions, this will not affect your scalp and gives you the perfect look.
