Welcome back Playstation Store doesn't offer me the free games?

Yesterday i wanted to download the free games of the Welcome back package, but i got some errors and i couldn't download them. I thought that was due to the overload of people wanting to download it so I stop trying, but now if I go back to the ps store to the welcome back tab, there is only the playstation plus subscription and the free games are gone! How do i fix this?
