I am not entirely sure. I think there has been quite some debate about it. I was told that if you have two dogs of the same breed it is possible. I heard you have to follow certain steps to have this happen, but you will have to look it up. I have seen some videos on youtube for it from people who claim it worked. However, I am not completely sure. Hope I have helped.
